  We hired Paul Davis to work with us when we had smoke damage last winter. They came out promptly, told us that the project would likely run five weeks, and seemed very attentive to our questions and needs. Within days, they had a full crew at our home, and had the place demo'd down to the studs. And then... well then we had to call them multiple times, email them, and threaten them with lawsuits to get them to ever continue working on our house. basically, it seemed that once they had us locked in by demoing our home, they knew we had to wait. During the project, I asked for a schedule with dates so many times, and they would simply refuse. If you decide to work with them, I would definitely get a schedule with dates for completion in writing before you start. Also, the quality of their work was terrible. The guys they sent to paint the kitchen cabinets painted them with the doors and drawers in place, shut, WITH THE HARDWARE ON?! If you opened a drawer, you could see the old color where the outline of the door was, and the paint on the hinges was obviously not working. When we complained, they said that's how they are supposed to be painted, and they made my wife feel terrible and dumb for asking. It was unbelievable. It got so bad that I had created a punch list with photos of what needed to be done, but was unable to get them to actually move any of these projects ahead. Once they sent a painter over to do some of the touch up. It was a guy holding a single paintbrush, with his girlfriend waiting in the car running at the curb. He shows up and asks where the paint is, and if we knew which ones went where. It took us the rest of the evening to clean up the paint he dripped around. After four months, we told them not to come back, and I am finishing up there uncompleted work, and fixing their poor workmanship still to this day. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was extremely disappointed.

  Paul Davis Restoration company is amazing, they are very professional and friendly. I have been doing business with them for a while and have been very pleased with their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone, they are a great company to work with!!
